Terms of Service

1. Validity of Quote

This quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued unless otherwise stated. Prices and availability may change after this period.

 

2. Acceptance of Quote

By accepting this quote (in writing, email, message, or deposit payment), you agree to these Terms of Service.

 

3. Deposit & Payment Terms

A 50 % deposit is required to confirm the order/work.

The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Ownership of goods does not transfer until full payment is received.

 

4. Variations & Additional Costs

Any additional work, materials, changes, or unforeseen costs not covered in this quote will be charged separately and agreed upon before proceeding.

 

5. Cancellations

If you cancel after accepting the quote, the deposit may be non-refundable to cover costs already incurred.

If the supplier cancels, the customer will receive a full refund of any payments made.

 

6. Timeframes & Delays

Delivery or completion dates provided are estimates only. Delays may occur due to supply availability, transport, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you of any changes.

 

7. Warranty & Consumer Guarantees

All goods and services are provided in accordance with the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means services will be performed with reasonable care and skill, and goods will be of acceptable quality.

 

8. Liability

We are not responsible for:

Losses arising from delays,

Damage caused by misuse or improper handling,

Indirect or consequential losses.

To the extent allowed by NZ law, our liability is limited to the cost of supplying the goods or services again.

 

9. Freight, Delivery, and Risk

Risk passes to the customer at the time goods are delivered or collected.

Delivery charges (if any) will be included in the final invoice unless stated otherwise.

 

10. Pricing

All prices are in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and [include/exclude] GST as stated on the quote.

 

11. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a disagreement, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the issue in good faith before taking further action.

 

12. Privacy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing goods/services and will not be shared except as required by law.
